Use this form to request enrollment in a Fut Rio goalkeeper training program or a Goalkeeper Evaluation. It’s quick to complete and easy to fill out on your phone.
Choose a program, enter your goalkeeper’s details, and share your preferred training days and times. Fut Rio will review coach and field availability and then confirm your schedule and send a secure payment link.
Note: Goalkeeper Evaluation ($60) is a separate, one-time service used to assess skill level and match the athlete with the ideal training group. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward monthly membership tuition
